2. Application of These Terms
These terms apply to all purchases made through our website by consumers and business customers.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under applicable law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
3. Product Information and Fitment
We specialise in performance, aftermarket, and non-standard automotive parts.
Advice provided by Godspeed Brakes by telephone, email, social media, or otherwise is based solely on the information supplied by the customer and without physical inspection of the vehicle unless explicitly stated.
Any advice given is provided in good faith but is indicative only and should be independently verified before purchase and installation.
4. Vehicle Compatibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that the parts ordered are suitable and compatible with your vehicle before installation.
Vehicles that have been modified, adapted, altered, or fitted with non-standard components may require additional modifications to achieve compatibility.
We recommend comparing the supplied parts with the original components prior to installation.
Where goods are incompatible solely due to vehicle modifications or incorrect information supplied by the customer, returns may be accepted at our discretion and in accordance with our Refund Policy.
This clause does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for their ordinary purpose.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.
A contract between you and us is formed only when we dispatch the goods.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including where:
- A product is unavailable;
- Pricing errors have occurred;
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.
6. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£).
Prices include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time before an order is accepted.
Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.
7. Delivery
Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Ownership of the goods remains with us until full payment has been received.

8. Installation and Labour Costs
Customers must inspect all goods prior to installation.
We are not responsible for any labour, fitting, removal, reinstallation, recovery, transport, or associated costs incurred as a result of incorrect ordering, compatibility issues, or product defects.
Nothing in this clause excludes liability where we are legally responsible under applicable consumer protection laws.
9. Returns and Cancellation Rights
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within the cancellation period.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging unless you are returning faulty goods.
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Certain items may be exempt from cancellation rights, including bespoke, made-to-order, or specially ordered products.

10. Faulty Goods
If goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you may have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
These rights include:
- The right to reject faulty goods within 30 days;
- The right to a repair or replacement;
- The right to a price reduction or final right to reject where appropriate.
