Refund policy

Returns - Under 14 Days from Delivery

Under the Consumer Contract Regulations any order can be cancelled for a full refund from the moment you place your order and up to 14 days after your goods have been delivered. If you have received your goods and you have changed your mind they may be returned for a refund , credit or exchange subject to the following conditions:

  • We cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification for return. Once Manufacturing of these items has begun we are unable to cancel your order.
  • Items must be returned carriage paid. We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please keep your proof of postage etc as you may require it in the event the parcel does not arrive with us.
  • Items are received in a resaleable condition. You have a duty of care to look after the goods, keeping them in as new condition.(We reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced).
  • For any items that have been ordered by mistake and are being returned from outside the UK; the items must be returned with all import duties paid.. In the event that items are sent without import fees paid, we reserve the right to deduct this amount from any refund. Items will need to be marked as a return with all original export documents included.
  • We must be notified within 14 days of you receiving your goods that you wish to return your order. After 14 days from this date you are not covered under our return policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • All returns need to be received by us within 30 days from order and need a cover note with the senders name and address, order reference number (these are found on the invoice), and reason for return. Please contact us if you require further information or assistance.
  • We do not refund the original carriage charge applied at the time of placing the order. 

WARRANTIES & GUARANTEES


We offer a 1 year Guarantee on all of our "Godspeed Discs"

All guarantees for products are provided entirely by the manufacturers/UK importers and are subject to their terms and conditions. If you wish to pursue a warranty claim we shall act on your behalf and shall treat all claims as a matter of urgency. Some goods will need to be returned directly to the manufacturer, some will need to be returned to us. Please always contact our sales office first to confirm. Goods returned under warranty must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase and must be returned carriage paid. If a manufacturer decides that a warranty claim is not valid then we will not be liable for any compensation. We will not accept any liability for any labour or associated costs involved in a warranty claim.

The manufacturer will not warrant parts modified or adapted by the purchaser nor shall Godspeed be liable for any failures resulting subsequent to modification as a result of such modification.

 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT 

PLEASE CHECK YOUR COUNTRIES IMPORT POILICY AS WE CAN NOT ADVISE ON ANY FEES YOU MAY INCUR AND WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR WHAT YOU MAY BE CHARGRED 

We do not accept any liability for any import and/or customs charges you may face when purchasing from outside of the UK. We will not be able to advise you on what you will be charged nor will we absorb any cost. You ( the customer) Must cover these charges yourself. If customers are unable to cover the charges and want to return the items, customers can do so at their own cost, we will not refund any shipping fees, this includes the original fee to get the order to the customer and any return fees, these are the responsibility of the customer
