Refund policy

Returns – Within 14 Days of Delivery

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order from the moment it is placed up to 14 days after you receive your goods.

If you change your mind and wish to return an item, you may be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items that have been specially ordered, made to order, customised, or manufactured to your specification cannot be cancelled or returned once manufacturing or procurement has begun, unless they are faulty or not as described.
  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you wish to cancel your order.
  • Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.
  • You are responsible for ensuring returned items arrive safely. We recommend using a tracked and insured service and retaining proof of postage.
  • Items must be returned in a condition suitable for resale. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop, but you are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
  • Where original packaging is damaged beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection, we reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund to reflect any reduction in value.
  • For returns from outside the UK, all applicable import duties and charges must be paid by the sender. Returned goods should be clearly marked as "Returned Goods" and accompanied by the original export documentation. Any import charges incurred by us due to incorrect labelling or unpaid duties may be deducted from your refund.
  • Original delivery charges will be refunded in accordance with your statutory rights. However, any supplementary delivery charges, such as expedited or premium delivery services selected by you, will not be refunded.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

All returns should include your name, address, order reference number, and reason for return.

Warranties and Faulty Goods

We offer a 12-month guarantee on all Godspeed Discs.

Manufacturer warranties are provided by the relevant manufacturer or UK importer and are subject to their own terms and conditions.

If you wish to make a warranty claim, we will assist you wherever possible and process claims promptly.

Please contact us before returning any goods under warranty, as some items may need to be returned directly to the manufacturer.

Goods returned under warranty must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Where goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedies under applicable consumer law.

Except where required by law, we are not responsible for labour, fitting, removal, reinstallation, transport, or other associated costs relating to warranty claims.

Manufacturer warranties do not apply to products that have been modified, adapted, incorrectly installed, misused, or damaged through normal wear and tear.

Customs and Import Charges

If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, you may be required to pay import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by your local authorities.

These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or delivery charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

As customs regulations vary between countries, we are unable to advise on the amount of any charges you may incur. Please check your local import requirements before placing your order.

If you refuse to pay import charges and the goods are returned to us, we may deduct from your refund:

  • Any original delivery charges;
  • Return shipping costs;
  • Customs charges, duties, taxes, or handling fees incurred by us.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
