Shipping policy

Scottish Highlands & islands 

Please note, we have done our best to "cover all bases" when providing transit times and costs , however, We aren't currently able to segregate Scottish highlands and islands, so where this delivery option applies to you we will contact you to advise of the delivery cost.

 

DELIVERIES

We always do our best to deliver goods within the timescale quoted at the time of ordering but sometimes there can be a delay, which is out of our control. As such, any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. (We strongly recommend that you do not make arrangements to have parts fitted until they have arrived. We will not be held responsible for any charges incurred if such arrangements have to be cancelled due to a delay in delivery.)

When we quote delivery times it is in "working days". This means any day excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. We shall inform you if we are informed of any delay and will inform you of the new delivery date.

SHORTAGES & DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

Once you or the person receiving the goods on your behalf has signed for them you have accepted that the goods are undamaged and that everything on the invoice/packing slip has been received. If goods are damaged and you inform us after signing for them we may not be able to make a claim from the couriers. Please inspect the goods as soon as possible after receipt and notify us immediately if there is a problem. If it is likely that you will not be the person signing for the goods (such as deliveries to a work address) it is your responsibility to ensure that the person signing knows what they are doing.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT 

PLEASE CHECK YOUR COUNTRIES IMPORT POILICY AS WE CAN NOT ADVISE ON ANY FEES YOU MAY INCUR AND WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR WHAT YOU MAY BE CHARGRED 

We do not accept any liability for any import and/or customs charges you may face when purchasing from outside of the UK. We will not be able to advise you on what you will be charged nor will we absorb any cost. You ( the customer) Must cover these charges yourself. If customers are unable to cover the charges and want to return the items, customers can do so at their own cost, we will not refund any shipping fees, this includes the original fee to get the order to the customer and any return fees, these are the responsibility of the customer
