Shipping Policy

Last updated: JUNE 2026

Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

Please note that additional delivery charges and longer delivery times may apply to certain locations, including the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands, and other remote areas.

While we aim to display accurate delivery costs at checkout, our shipping system may not always identify all surcharge areas. If an additional delivery charge applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the cost. You may choose to proceed with the order or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and are provided in working days.

Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

We always aim to dispatch and deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however, delivery times are estimates only and delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and provide an updated estimated delivery date.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

We recommend that you do not arrange vehicle fitting appointments until you have received and inspected your goods. Except where required by law, we are not responsible for fitting, labour, cancellation, or other associated costs resulting from delivery delays.

Delivery Responsibility and Risk

Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.

If someone else accepts delivery on your behalf, such as a family member, neighbour, or colleague, delivery will be deemed to have been made when the goods are received at the delivery address provided.

Ownership of the goods remains with us until full payment has been received.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and, where possible, within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photographs of the packaging and goods to assist with our investigation and any courier claims.

Your statutory rights are not affected if you notify us outside this timeframe.

Signing for a parcel does not affect your legal rights if goods are later found to be damaged, faulty, incomplete, or not as described.

International Orders – Customs and Import Charges

Customers ordering from outside the United Kingdom may be required to pay import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities.

These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

As customs regulations vary by country, we are unable to advise on the amount of any charges that may apply. Please check your local import requirements before placing your order.

If you refuse to pay import charges and the order is returned to us, we will deduct from your refund:

  • Original delivery charges;

  • Return shipping costs;

  • Customs duties, taxes, handling fees, or other charges incurred by us.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.
